You can try out our slow feeders for 14 days. We believe it is important that you are certain the product suits your horse and situation well.
Within this period, you can assess whether the slow feeder works to your satisfaction. Are you still not satisfied? Then you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product, even if the product has already been used.
Please note that the costs for the return are at your own expense.

Material
The HayPlay Bag Slowfeeder is made of heavy-duty PVC material that remains flexible under extreme conditions. The material does not retain moisture and thus will not freeze, crack or become rigid. Temperature range: -30C to + 70C
It is very strong and durable.
We offer a one-time 1-year replacement warranty that covers the following: all hardware parts, loosening of the reinforcement ring on the inside around the holes and tears in the material larger than 3cm. Normal wear and tear of the bags, such as wearing of the outer coating and small tears, is not covered.
We are confident that the bags will remain usable for a long time, so please contact us if a minor damage becomes a bigger problem that qualifies for replacement.

TURN INSIDE OUT:
Turn the bag inside out.
SPRAY OFF:
Spray the bag thoroughly with water. A pressure washer can be useful for stubborn dirt.
Note: Keep at least 1.5 meters distance with the spray nozzle from the bag.
SCRUBBING:
For an extra thorough cleaning, scrub the bag with a hard brush and some mild detergent.
Note:Avoid using abrasive cleaners, as this can damage the outer coating.
DRYING:
You can dry the slowfeeder with a clean cloth or hang it to dry before using it again.
