Paying with Klarna

At Horse Originals, you can pay for your order with Klarna. Klarna is an external payment service provider. When you choose Klarna at checkout, Klarna handles the payment with you.

How does paying with Klarna work?

Choose “Pay with Klarna” at checkout. Klarna will then show which payment options are available for your order. The available options may vary depending on your country, order value and Klarna’s assessment.

Klarna may check whether a specific payment option is available for your order. If Klarna does not offer or declines a payment option, you can choose another payment method.

Payment term and terms

The exact payment term, payment instructions and any conditions will be shown during the payment process and/or in communications from Klarna. Always follow the payment instructions you receive from Klarna.

If Klarna offers pay later, payment in instalments or direct debit for your order, the terms shown by Klarna during the payment process apply.

Costs

Horse Originals does not charge any additional costs for paying with Klarna, unless this is clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns, withdrawal or refund

When you return your order or exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will process this according to our returns and withdrawal policy. Once we have processed your return or withdrawal, the payment or refund will be updated via Klarna.
