Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a separate email with a Track & Trace link. Use this link to track your package and, if needed, adjust the delivery.

Yes! You can try the slowfeeder for 14 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it free of charge.

Send an email to info@horseoriginals.com stating which product you want to return and your order number. We will send you a return label by email. Print the label, attach it to the box, and drop off the package at a DPD location. Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the purchase amount to your account.
