It is possible to exchange the product for a replacement.
When exchanging: you often have your new product at home within a few working days.
When returning: the amount will be refunded to your account within 10 working days after receipt.

When you send the order to Horse Originals in Tilburg, do not forget to clearly indicate on the return form which item you want to exchange for a replacement. Otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to process your exchange. Returning items is at your own risk and do not forget to keep the proof of delivery until your exchange has been processed. As soon as we have received the items back from you, we will then send the new item to you at our expense.
If you do not want to exchange but would like to receive your money back, you can return the order to Horse Originals in Tilburg. If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund. If you only return a number of items from your order, you will only receive the amount of those items back. Returning items is at your own risk and do not forget to keep your proof of delivery until your return has been processed.
When you send the return shipment to Horse Originals in Tilburg, do not forget to completely fill in the return form and send it along. When we have received your return, we will process it immediately and you will receive the amount of your return within 10 working days on the account with which you also paid the order.
RECEIVED WRONG ARTICLE?
Always check first whether you have received the correct item and whether it has not been damaged during transport. If you have accidentally received a wrong or damaged item, you can return it within 14 days. Before returning the item, do not forget to fill in the return form completely and send it along.

If there is something wrong with an item you have ordered, for example that it is sold out, you will always receive a personal message about this. If your order is delivered in several parts, the additional shipping costs will be for our account. So you don't have to pay anything extra for this!
